ANIMAL TESTING
IN THE COSMETICS INDUSTRY
This project uses satire to spread awareness about the harsh realities of animal testing in the cosmetic industry. The aim of this project is to spark a debate around this unnecessary practice and inspire change. Beyond raising awareness, it also offers a practical solution—a brochure designed to guide consumers toward making ethical decisions and adopting more conscious and humane purchasing habits.
During my primary research, I discovered that some people believe animal testing in cosmetics involves simply 'putting makeup on rabbits.' This misconception inspired this GIF, which juxtaposes this naive perception with the harsh reality of animal testing.
